“Food was beautiful,very short staffed though,waited more than 15 minutes to be seated and no acknowledgement in that time either. The lady who served us was trying her best, she offered great service but do her a favour and put more staff on.“
“Davina was an excellent waitress at the IHOP in Kissimmee, located in front of the Comfort Inn hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. When visiting from Virginia, we asked about the local sites and places. Davina answered with a smile . This IHOP is one of the most friendly ones I have ever visited. I would give it 5+ stars had they been available. If you stop there on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening, Davina would be happy to serve you.

“This Location we come to almost weekly, the servers are always nice and some already know us, today was Sunday we sat in Sofie section she did amazing she was juggling all the tables and had such a positive attitude as a former server I love to observe the service I get and although she had alot of tables she was in flow state and made sure she was attentive to everyone. She has a genuine energy about her ! The servers here are really good I have had about 4 different ones, we are returning customers and will stay that way :) thanks girl ! We know it’s not easy but you did it with grace“
“My family and I came in for a quick breakfast before heading to the parks. Shari our server was great! She was attentive, friendly and kind. We were in a bit of a rush and she was able to get the food out quickly. I would definitely recommend this location and Shari as your server.“
