Sara gave excellent service and great conversation while waiting on everyone at the bar. I am a server and that is a big compliment from me. Kudos for hiring such great staff. “Today was my first visit and it didn't disappoint. If you're on the fence about the Tuekey burger get over it and try it. I was hopping it wouldn't disappoint and it didn't. The side salad on the other wa very grassy tasting and the dressing tasted like plain oil. My sister got what I believe was a sweet pecan salad that was GOOD! Try it you'll like it.“

Today I stopped by Blaze to pick up an order while it was absolutely pouring outside. I parked near the entrance and planned to wait in my car until the rain slowed down. To my surprise, I noticed an employee grab a large umbrella and walk out to my vehicle. He escorted me to the door, waited while I picked up my order, and then walked me back to my car under the umbrella.

This may seem like a small gesture, but it’s the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. It wasn’t required, it wasn’t expected, and it certainly wasn’t convenient for him. It was simply someone taking the initiative to take care of a customer.

As someone who manages employees and understands how challenging it is to build a service-oriented team, I want to recognize both this employee and the management that created an environment where this level of care is encouraged.

“Great takeout sushi and hibachi. My son loved the clear soup and the dumplings. The sushi was fresh, the rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. This restaurant can benefit from a remodel however. Overall, the staff was friendly and I highly recommend Hibachi Express Kissimmee for excellent take out food!“

“This is a great place to hang out and unwind quite a few bars here and some food. I'm pretty sure the huge pizzeria brewery cross street owns all of it but it was genius and is generally very pleasant. The band was playing when I was there and I really enjoyed myself. Me and my dad had a few drinks before leaving.“

“This was my second time eating at this Cheddars location. We are from Palm Beach County, FL and the nearest Cheddars is almost an hour drive away. Whenever we come to Orlando for vacation we enjoy the food here.

The first time was in March for a pick up order and it was delicious! The manager was very friendly and offered me a free drink because I was waiting for my order.

The second time was this past Sunday. We had the best server Arthur!!! While we were deciding on what to order he came out with delicious croissants. He was very attentive and provided great service! Please ask to be seated in his area and I know you will enjoy your dining experience!

“This was so much fun! My son was playing tennis at the USTA tennis campus so we were visiting from out of state. I googled fun things to do in Lake Nona…Boxi Park popped up and my husband loves live music. We were pleasantly surprised when it was across the street from our hotel! “My family and I LOVE Chillin’ out Ice Cream. Nothing but great service and quality ice cream. It has a wonderful atmosphere, with an area to sit and relax outside. People complain about the prices but I’d rather ice cream with a safe environment than having to watch my back after every bite I take. And if you’re mad about the serving size (with it already being a generous serving) you’re just greedy and big. Every time we go this nice man takes our order, whipping it up in record time.“
