I had the pleasure of working with Michael to cater our team's food to the OCCC. He was attentive, detailed and communicative. We even had a mishap on our end that Michael went above and beyond to make right even though it was out mistake! Thank you so much Michael, it was a pleasure working with you. The person that took my order spoke english and so I told her in spanish I wanted a H. Cheese sandwich, and I specified with swiss cheese, I took back the sand. and talked with the person that makes food and pain told me that they do not have Swiss cheese so I went order taker and asked her why she didn't inform me that they do not have Swiss cheese. I went into Panera to get my usual lunch and I had one of the best sandwiches ever made. The service was delightful as usually but I have to say Alanys knocked it out of the park. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by her!
