Ordered to pick up; spoke to Daniela, exceptional customer service, over the phone and in person; our food was great , the soups broccoli and cheddar, chicken noodle fresh, our sandwiches tasty with one exception, the bacon, you can’t claim to make fresh food on the spot, and give the the morning bacon to the evening orders. Great place. Clean, Free WiFi and the food is good. A little pricey. I like the fact leftovers are donated. I recommend.2/20/24 ***UP-DATE***Food is still good, friendly service. Charge your phone or Work on your laptop. I'm a Sip Club member. I absolutely love Panera. Little more costly, but you get what you pay for. It's Not a McDonald's.

Couldn’t help noticing how Eileen had a welcoming attitude and greeted the customers by their names as they open the door and step in the store. This is the right attitude we need in the morning along with a good cup of coffee ☕️?
