Great ice cream & the owner is pretty funny lol
My family and I LOVE Chillin’ out Ice Cream. Nothing but great service and quality ice cream. It has a wonderful atmosphere, with an area to sit and relax outside. People complain about the prices but I’d rather ice cream with a safe environment than having to watch my back after every bite I take.
