Amazing experience at this First Watch. They never really disappoint. But being it is in such a busy area near UCF I expected a longer wait to be seated or for food. But nope!Seated right away! Food came out in a decent time and exceptionally fresh.Waitress was amazingly kind and attentive.Overall a great experience ☺️

Just had a delightful brunch experience at First Watch! The ambiance was as warm as the coffee, and the avocado toast was a true delight. The combination of creamy avocado and perfectly toasted bread hit the spot. Evan, my server, was excellent. He took very good care of me and checked in with me at perfect intervals. As a solo diner, that's a hard thing for many to achieve. The food was incredible, as usual. The atmosphere is good but loud. Even though there isn't anything specific about the loudness, it is there.I had the blackberry lemon French toast with a side of eggs. Lovely.
