This place is super cute and in a busy shopping plaza. I gave it 3 stars for a reason… my kids and I walked in when no one else was in line and ordered some boba and sno. As we waited for our order, the evening rush came through. Cute little spot with generous servings of ice cream, every topping you can think of and a wide variety of foods and drinks/tea. They have the good kind of vanilla ice cream. Their Passionfruit Strawberry black tea was super tasty! Might become my regular tea spot.

My new fav place to get boba in the UCF area! It's a very small and cute place, and the workers are always kind. But of course the reason it's my fav is the quality. Never disappointed in the boba, it tastes fresh and has a great texture even right before they are closing. Definitely recommend.
