A very pleasant find. Way early for a doctor appointment so needed some place open in the wee hours. Wanted sit down not a fast food drive thru. Fairbanks restaurant fits the bill. Comfortable and congenial. Nice quiet service and good coffee. Prices are reasonable but not cheap. The food was very good and plentiful. A good breakfast spot. However parking is at a premium.
This is a little hidden gem right on Fairbanks. Don't be fooled by outside appearances, inside has cute vibes and a cool atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

This is a local establishment. Please don’t go there thinking you’re going to a tourist pleasing restaurant. Food and coffee was ok for this normal type of diner. Service was ok. Prices were great.
