Waitress brought my breakfast and said she would be right back with my toast. She waited on other couple and I was almost done with my breakfast when she finally brought my toast. So disappointed
Micayla was an amazing server!!! She was nice and listened to everything we wanted to order. Food was amazing. The belgian waffle was sooo good.Definitely a 5 star.I’ve been to other ihops and they are not as good. I was pleasantly surprised.

One of the few places in Sanford that's open very late at night. Service was pretty good, even though it was really late at night and probably running on minimal staff. They have a decent menu, but not as extensive as other breakfast places or diners. Not as many vegetarian options here. Otherwise the food is good, as is the coffee.Good variety otherwise for breakfast in general. Kids like their different pancakes.
