Orders were taking a very long time. When we got our order finally, we noticed that the items we had asked for, which we saw get prepared and bagged by the same person who handed us the rest of our order, did not make it into our bag. We were already on the road when we figured it out.

There is no need to ask if we wanted onions and pickles. White castle burgers automatically come with onions and pickles. If I order a Whopper, they don't ask if I want each and every ingredient. I tell them what I don't want. I have been eating White Castle burgers for more than 60 years and have never been asked if I want onions and pickles until I visited the one in Orlando. It ruined the experience.
