The food is way overpriced. Their chicken isn't even close to the quality and taste of Chic fil a.Their burgers were no better than burger King for twice the price and my kids grill cheese sandwich had red peppers on it from being handled improperly in the kitchen. Save your money.Vegetarian options: Mushroom burger

Food was good, hot, and didn’t take too long to receive. Restaurant seemed understaffed. There were way too many dirty tables and I had to flag someone down to clean my table before I sat down. Trash cans were also filled and had to find someone to empty it.

Shake Shack is known for its casual dining experience and classic American fare. We recently had the opportunity to sample a few of their signature dishes, and here's our take:The Avocado Bacon Burger is a standout on the menu. Priced at $9.79 and boasting 610 calories, this burger features a juicy Angus beef patty topped with freshly sliced avocado, applewood-smoked bacon, and Shack Sauce, all sandwiched between a toasted potato bun. The addition of avocado adds a unique twist to the classic cheeseburger, and while the portion size is smaller than what you might find at other chains, the flavors are big and satisfying.Next up, the Bacon Cheeseburger, priced at $8.59 and 500 calories, offers a simpler but equally delicious option. This burger features an Angus beef patty topped with applewood-smoked bacon, all served on a toasted potato bun. The bacon adds a savory crunch to each bite, complementing the beef perfectly. To accompany our burgers, we tried the Cheese Fries, priced at $4.99 and 710 calories. These crispy crinkle-cut fries are topped with a cheese sauce that left us pleasantly surprised. However, we were unsure if the cheese sauce was made with real cheese, adding a touch of mystery to the dish. It's worth noting that Shake Shack is a popular spot, so be prepared to wait in line. Once you've placed your order, the service is quick, and your food will be delivered to your table promptly. However, we found that the restaurant could benefit from more order kiosks, as the current four touch screens aren't always sufficient to handle the flow of customers. Additionally, the close proximity of the kiosks can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups. We also noticed that the floor could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. In conclusion, Shake Shack offers a delicious and satisfying dining experience, with standout items like the Avocado Bacon Burger and Bacon Cheeseburger. While there are some minor drawbacks in terms of wait times and order kiosks, the quality of the food and the overall experience make it a worthwhile visit for burger enthusiasts.Shake Shack is known for its casual atmosphere and classic American food. Great burger w/ fries but I have never seen this much oil in a fried chicken anywhere else (not even in McDonalds, BK or Wendy’s).. we complained and the response was “It’s normal , is fried”. No this is not normal….

I stopped by for lunch with my family and will never ever return. Ordered nuggets for my daughter and they were dripping oil. But get ready for the worst part, my husband used the bathroom and saw one of the cooks using the urinal and leaving the bathroom without washing his hands. We notified the manager to speak with the employee. I literally want to throw up that I ate there and fed my child and the guy prepping food, touches his privates in the bathroom then people’s food.
