“This might be the best local ice cream spot in Orlando. Be warned: there will most likely be a line, but it’s always worth it.

They have a variety of flavors that you can’t get anywhere else. Dairy free pandan is a go to. Vanilla and Ube soft serve (comes in a vegan option as well), milkshakes, and few different pastry options as well. They currently have One Piece themed specials; don’t sleep on the coconut.“

“I visited this cookie 🍪 place for the first time yesterday (2/20/26) with a friend, and it smelled amazing inside! The staff were very friendly while making more cookies. I bought one large Buckeye Brownie Cookie, and it was delicious!

On the downside, I was expecting a bit more variety. I’m not a huge cookie fan, especially the simpler ones they mostly offer. I would love to see more dessert-style cookies—they had a few cheesecake cookie options, but aside from that, there wasn’t much I would personally eat. I’m not lowering my rating because this is mostly a matter of personal taste.

The large cookie had around 800 calories—definitely rich! It was packed with ingredients, but a bit too sweet for me. It took me two days to finish, as I was only taking small bites after meals.

Overall, everything was fabulous, but it’s just not my kind of dessert shop. Keep up the great work, and thank you“

Finished my workday today and wanted a sweet treat, so Cold Stone was my go-to—and they did not disappoint!

Amber was the associate who helped me, and from the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. What stood out to me was how much her customer service elevated what was otherwise just a quick stop for ice cream.

I literally felt like I had received five-star service at a restaurant, except my “meal” was ice cream. 😂

It’s a good reminder that customer service matters. In a world where people can easily become just another transaction, taking the time to greet someone, smile, be attentive, and genuinely care about their experience makes a difference.

I left with great ice cream, but I also left thinking about how something as simple as excellent service can make a customer want to come back.
