“This place is very good, but sometimes they took too long with the Cookies Are the 10 out of 10 I love it and there’s the closest at my house is like five minutes away and I could buy anything and I’ll be trying to air points in my phone but like the Points aren’t going through and I called and they were like Oh, we can do nothing about that but I love that place. The cookies are very good. I tried to do chocolate brownie when it was 11 out of 1011 out of 10,000 out of 10 like it was just good and delicious and yummy like dang“

“Our family stopped in for some delicious Phoebe’s ice cream this evening. We had a hard time choosing as there are so many amazing flavors, so we each got doubles… Vanilla, orange dream, amaretto chip, dulce de leche, and chocolate brownie did not disappoint. The people and atmosphere are both lovely. We enjoyed sitting for a spell to enjoy our treats. 🐈 🍨 💜“

“The best gluten free food we found in Orlando. They have so many options and everything is delicious. They have savory and sweet, and I honestly couldn’t pick a favorite. Cheesecakes, cupcakes, waffles, a heavenly dish with eggs, bacon, cheese, and a yummy sauce over amazing fries. We were too full to try the gf waffle cones and ice cream!“

“I usually don’t write reviews but I believe when someone or someplace deserves one, well… Loved this place from the variety or flavors to the service renders by the staff ( very friendly and professional) I had banana pudding and OMG!!! the texture and taste was amazing I want to thank the owners Louis and Marcelo for helping me with my selection. Will be back with my family and friends soon“

“Found this ice cream shop while visiting for my daughter’s competition. It was awesome! Highly recommend. Lots of unique flavors as well as traditional. Nice guy working gave samples as we commented on the unique flavors. The purple Taro was DELICIOUS! Go if your in the area.“

“Went to Ice-Spot Lake Mary tonight for the second time and it was absolutely wonderful!! My family had a great time and the customer service was phenomenal! Everything was delicious, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience! We loved that there were games we could play while we ate and had fun watching our ice cream being made. Thank you, Ice-Spot! We will definitely be back! 😊“

“Our whole family really enjoyed the OG Rainbow Cone! My biggest complaint is it’s not socially acceptable to eat everything on the menu in one sitting.
We had a young woman named Joann serve us and treat us like we were family Always reminding us that we are welcome to sample something if we wanted to!

“I was so impressed with this little shop . Its so clean so many treats and offerings. Fresh baked goods . I wandered in because I had been curious about this place and it was open . “Great place with a different approach to Italian ice cream. I ordered the strawberry shortcake and it was so flavorful but not overpowering with sweetness which made it perfect. The attention was fast even when the line was long. It has a sitting area outside and it opens until 10pm on Thursdays. Pretty much a great place to try some sweet and refreshing flavors. 🌸🌸🌸🌸“

“Staff is great. Been coming for awhile and today I go to tip the lady and tells me no tips and points to a sign..I think that is the most horrible policy. Tipping can't really make your satffs moral go up. I high suggest allowing customers to tip. I understand not making people tip on cards but not tipping cash is insane.“

“Was nice to see a Rita's on our family trip to Orlando. Being a Philly native, we grew up on Rita's during the Summer. Apparently this store just opened up and we were very happy to have stopped. Very friendly staff and the product never disappoints. Support the Sanford Ritas Florida residents and those traveling through the area.“

“Since the new management took over at Rita’s of Waterford Lakes, I’m so happy coming here! The store looks so much cleaner and less visually busy, and the best part is that there are new flavors every week. 🙌 Now the screens are actually updated with the current flavors, which makes it so much easier to choose. “One of my favorite places to get ice cream and sweets! Love taking a stroll in Sanford with their ice cream in hand! My favorite flavor is Lavender and its the only place I go for Lavender as its not too strong and its so delicious! Their chocolates and the many options of ice cream flavors is the reason why I always recommend everyone I know to come to this place!“
