“So we are from Maine here in Orlando on vacation. My son found this place on the internet and we were a bit skeptical of it. On our last day in Orlando we decided to give it a try and I am SO GLAD we did. This place was awesome. The ice cream was VERY good. I got a small portion of the Cuban Coffee ice cream with almonds, heath and hot fudge and I regret getting a small. It was so good I ordered another small one. The staff was very friendly Avery and Mia were very helpful and were very knowledgeable when we had questions. They was such a good selection of flavors and toppings which would accommodate any one frok kids to adults. They even had vegan options for those who are into that. Overall great experience 10/10 recommend giving it a try as we do t have anything unique like this in Maine.

“Stopped in as I was in the mood for ice cream. I learn that it is a local, family owned shop, the guy serving me runs the place with his father. It was fairly clean and he was super friendly.
I ordered a brownie sunday and I appreciated the brownie being warmed without requesting so, it heightened the overall experience. Prices were also fairly reasonable.
Others in the shop order the bubble waffles which seemed to be their specialty and there was nothing but positive feedback. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the mood for a sweet treat.“

Waffle bowls tend to be stale. Winter Garden 9/10 - Extremely friendly service and fresh waffle bowls, we just wish it was a standalone for easier access and less crowding. Hunter’s Creek 7/10 - Stale waffle cones and less than fresh ice cream, but we love the ample parking, wide variety, and proximity to our home away from home. Sanford 5/10 - The only disappointment we’ve had trying so many locations. Waffle cones so stale you can bend them like rubber, and the unfriendly coffee shop staff manning the ice cream counter unwilling to make fresh cones. Ice cream itself is stale and not at all on trend with the Kelly’s brand and stellar reputation. “Sold out” of multiple flavors, and one case has a broken light and door. “Liking this location more and more. I've gone to Jeremiah's on and off since there was a little service window right across the street from UCF (20 years ago). I've eaten at maybe 6 of their locations and these days I frequent this one. They hung in there strong after a slow opening and are starting to see a regular following. The girls are super nice and the place is always clean. There's indoor and covered outdoor seating which is nice during cooler months. I like the app and reward system and apparently you can order on it as well. This location is sometimes hard to find parking in the back lot, but there is also parallel parking not far away on the street.“

“Softserve on Tayaki was great, and it’s nice they added savory flavors to the menu. Ube is a bit too sweet and I can’t taste much Ube flavor, it’s prob food color or powder, but it’s more photo worthy than the taste I guess. Atmosphere is great with cute deco in the shop. The only down side is the wait time in a tiny space, it’s over 30mins until we get our food around 5pm on Saturday.“

“I’m an frequent customer at Jeremiah’s ice. However I had the worst experience last night. It was around 9 pm, close to closing so the line was quite long. I understood the wait time would be long. However, one particular blonde associate called her friend out of the back of the line, took her order in under a few minutes and then proceeded to an abnormally long time to make my order. I asked for a gelati(Cookie Butter, cookies and cream, with brownie batter and swirl ice cream) I requested brownie batter on the top but I wasn’t too picky in the order. I’m not a picky person however I was very upset at the item I had received last night. “I brought my granddaughter to Nan N Pops on Friday and she absolutely loved the Zack’s say cheesecake bubble waffle. She had a hard time trying to decide what to get from all the offerings. My daughters, their friend and I decided to hit the hot Florida pavement with a bike ride and run with grand plans to end with a scoop of ice cold ice-cream!

Upon arrival I cannot tell you how my daughter's hot red melting faces first lit up with excitement and then quickly dropped when we realized you all do not accept cash at that location.  Believe it or not, we are a cash pay family and only own one credit card which often doesn't leave the home.  We were hot, sad and didn't know what to do.

The employee at the shop, Riley, quickly turned things around with her calm gentle smile.  She helped me solve our woes by finding a way to download an app, call a friend for a credit card etc.... while simultaneously distracting my girls with a sample and patience in picking out the sample.  And she figuratively "threw the cherry on top" when she announced that they carry GLUTEN FREE CONES! My daughter rarely gets to partake in the cones when we are out because of her allergy - but not today. There is no way we would have been able to quench our expected reward with ice cream today if it wasn't for Riley - our exciting trip ended in wonder rather than sorrow.  She is a gem of an employee in every way.  From kindness, respect, patience and joy, not to mention a great role model for my daughters.  She surely deserves a raise and praise.  I can imagine facing people with the same problem on a regular basis, it could become tiring to be the bearer of bad news - but not for Riley. Please bring back cash.... and definitely keep Riley at the shop!

“Haagen-Dazs has definitely been one of my favorite ice cream and dessert brands since I took my first bite, many years ago.
They are notoriously upscale, and therefore, not the cheapest menu among their competitors. Most of the time, I am willing to overlook that fact and splurge every once in awhile. Everyone needs the occasional treat.
I was delighted when, while scrolling through restaurants on a third-party delivery app, I landed on this Haagen-Dazs location that is not too far from my house, and therefore, a viable option while deciding which delectable dessert would be mine for the night.
Of course, with today's added fees for just about anything and everything, especially delivery, the cost for two milkshakes was far more than I had anticipated.
Nearly $30.
By the time I received the milkshakes, they were slightly melted, and one was the incorrect flavor.
I don't place faults on the shop alone, seeing as they are likely overwhelmed by the new demands for takeout orders and the limited number of staff to get every single item made to perfection.
However, I will say that after stopping by this location in person a few weeks later, I was impressed with their employees quickness and accuracy. Plus, my two milkshakes went from $30 down to about $18-ish.
My advice?
Cut the third-party companies out of your order and take your business into their location.
Oh yeah, and don't forget to try the "Belgian Chocolate Milkshake". It is simply the BEST.

Dietary restrictions: They have several options for seekers of 'healthier' or 'less fattening' options.
Their newly released "HEAVEN" collection includes the following flavors: Sea Salt Caramel, Cold Brew Espresso Chip, Strawberry Waffle Cone, and Peanut Butter Chip. The collection is made with 1/2 the fat, 1/3 of the calories, and 25% less sugar than the regular flavors. They also contain no artificial sweeteners. At this time, I believe the "Heaven" Collection is only available in 14 oz. take-home containers.
They also have a collection called "DIVINE" which has 50% less fat and 25% less sugar.
