“Wow, this hit the spot! It's hot, and I am tired from all of the walking, lol. So right in front of us is the Sunshine Tree Terrace. A quick stop 'n go type of place that offers soft-serve ice cream. Their special is this citrusy flavor called Orange Cream Float! The price was $5.29. It reminds me of the creamsicles from years ago. I'm happy again!“

“The chicken sandwich was HUGE and absolutely delicious. Coleslaw was good as well. They have many good options for kids here as well from Chicken Tenders to Uncrustables. Food is served pool side which was awesome and made our pool trip that much more enjoyable.“

“As a small quick-service kiosk, Cool Ship is whimsically designed with a red, bulbous rocket ship on the roof & overhead misters in an adjacent shelter. Kids, especially, seem to enjoy the mister. Cool Ship is strategically placed in Tomorrowland between the Astro Orbiter, Space Mountain & the Tomorrowland Speedway. Convenient pit stop for a light snack (popcorn, glazed nuts, cotton candy, ice cream bar) or a free cup of iced water or soda/bottled water. And the lines are usually short & fast.“

The Hall of Presidents:

I want to give Michael his well deserved flowers. He clearly understood the assignment and executed at a high level showing up with nothing but knowledge, accuracy, and engaging historical insight.

His professionalism, confidence, and command of information elevated the entire experience at the Hall of Presidents. This is what operational excellence and guest engagement are supposed to look like.

Major appreciation to Michael and the Magic Kingdom team for the hard work and dedication. If Disney leadership is paying attention, this is the kind of performance that deserves recognition and reward. Well done.“

“Don’t miss this little food outlet. It has some of the best little snacks in the park (although the park has a lot of great snacks). It’s just a little outlet so no seating, but plenty nearby. At the moment the best snacks here are the carrot cake sundae and the cookie dough ice cream sandwich - try them both, they’re great!“

“Popped over here (it closes early before the fireworks) to grab a wonderful Turkey Leg and pretzel (great pretzel, better than Liberty Square, but less hot cheese!). In Magic Kingdom in the Fantasyland area behind the Dwarves Ride area.

They could do with some more paper to break down the leg with, though - it's not easy to finish a full leg but it makes a great snack all day in line!“

“Sometimes there’s nothing better than a shaved ice dessert on a hot day at Disney World. Stop by at Caravan Road, a super cute stand in the Aninal Kingdom between the Africa and Asia sections. It's a cute kiosk with Japanese shaved ice desserts with various flavors poured over them. They are very refreshing and taste good.

I tried the Kakigori, which was very good. It cooled me down quickly. It's a watermelon flavored snow cone with sweetened condensed milk poured over it. It goes for $5.99, which is overpriced for what it is but we are at Disney!

There is no where to sit at Caravan Road so you need to walk around to find someplace to sit.“

“A delicously sweet and salty way to start your Magic Kingdom morning!

The sandwich is only served until 11am. It has pepperjack cheese, egg, and strawberry jalapeño jam sandwiched between a honey butter biscuit. Served with a side of potato barrels.

This sandwich was delicious. It had all the sweet and salty notes you would expect. The jam was a nice sweet touch with a little bit of heat. It was slightly dry, but it is something you go into knowing when you grab any biscuit-style sandwiches. The potato barrels are just that, potato barrels. Nothing different from other tater tots.

Now, coming off the coattails of the Thigh High Chicken Biscuits from Homecomin', these obviously do not compare. However, I will say that I would consider these a bootleg version that can still hit the spot between salty and sweet.

This is a great morning addition to Magic Kingdom morning bites and I would say that you should give it a try if you see it on their menu.“
