Such a cute location and nice staff! Had the best Rocky road ice cream and the best thing is that had it Dairy free which is highly important for me. Loved that they were able to provide that without compromising flavor and quality. Which I had a location in my home town in South Fl!
My daughter said if I could give this place a review it would be 5 stars. I told her don't worry bunny let's do that right now. We did a ice cream flight and they loved it. It's also so cute inside. We went for a bike ride and played at the playground nearby, so to have some really yummy ice cream after to cool down was so needed.

Kelly's is my FAVORITE ice cream place in town. Her flavors are just the absolute best and I love how they have monthly flavors as well. The ice cream is so creamy and delicious. The staff is so friendly and always offering samples. The dog popsicles are great too- meeko approves!
