Kelly's is my FAVORITE ice cream place in town. Her flavors are just the absolute best and I love how they have monthly flavors as well. The ice cream is so creamy and delicious. The staff is so friendly and always offering samples. The dog popsicles are great too- meeko approves!

Kelly's has a great product, however their local stores ability to provide it is in question. I have had several hiccups while trying to procure a simple order many times since their opening. I just went to their location in Summerport with friends tonight, (whom I have bragged to about how awesome Kelly's ice cream is). Both my friends, (husband/ wife), we're put off by the local stores inability to provide just (normal service). The malt/shake machine was inoperative and unable to provide anything, however the greedy hands in charge felt it ok today run as if everything was in working order. We got an apologetic response, yet no other action was taken. To operate a branch with reduced capacity without telling your customers or adjusting in any way is unacceptable. I fault myself for embellishing to my friends how incredible Kelly's is, and also trying to cover for your store's inability to provide basic service. Shame on you for allowing this to happen. I don't own a business and know it could never be anything less than difficult to run. Nevertheless, your company should be ashamed of it's performance. It is absolutely unacceptable to run knowing your store is not capable of providing the promised service. Absolutely inexcusable.

Such a cute location and nice staff! Had the best Rocky road ice cream and the best thing is that had it Dairy free which is highly important for me. Loved that they were able to provide that without compromising flavor and quality. Which I had a location in my home town in South Fl!
I love, love, love their seasonal flavors. The service is always quick and the employees will let you sample every flavor you'd like, which you will want to.

My daughter said if I could give this place a review it would be 5 stars. I told her don't worry bunny let's do that right now. We did a ice cream flight and they loved it. It's also so cute inside. We went for a bike ride and played at the playground nearby, so to have some really yummy ice cream after to cool down was so needed.

I have been to various Kelly's locations and tried a number of different flavors and they have all been wonderful! The Horizon West location is definitely a great one! There is a small parking lot by the store and there is a collection of tables inside. I also love the mural they have inside.The staff has always been amazing and excited to let you try some flavors before you make your choice. The ice cream itself is delicious and each month they have new flavor options, as well as there signature flavors they offer all the time. If you are looking for some great local ice cream, definitely check out Kelly's!

Really stellar ice cream joint with creative flavours. Can’t argue with the price either for a local homemade brand. The Cake Batter ice cream was exceptional, and the Breakfast Buddies was great as well. Cute interior decor really rounds out the experience, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this spot!
