Hands down worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Sat in line for 45 minutes. 6 cars total in 45 minutes. Staff was lazy and lathargic! Once your in line there can't get out. Happens every time coming home from Disney and I forget! Never again! Can't believe they even have 3 stars!

The manager Caitlyn is highlighted as kind, knowledgeable, and efficient, working hard to ensure every customer is seen and heard. However, the location has HORRIBLE parking with limited spots and only 2 mobile order spots, requiring U-turns to leave heading North. It is not considered an atmospheric location to hang out at, but it is fine to grab a coffee. The restaurant can be very busy, but the great energy and leadership make it a place customers return to.
