I'm basically a feral gremlin until I've had my caffeine, and despite drinking an embarrassing amount of Starbucks at multiple points throughout the day (I need my morning perk, my midday boost and my night night drinky drank), I can honestly say that if Rosie or Zoe are working, I already know my drink is going to be perfect. Based on reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company location has a great team with friendly and efficient service. The morning crew is described as the fastest Starbucks ever, getting customers through a five or six car drive-through in five minutes. The staff, including team members like Austen and Acacia, are noted for warm greetings, learning names, and ensuring orders are fulfilled. The manager Caitlyn is highlighted as kind, knowledgeable, and efficient, working hard to ensure every customer is seen and heard. However, the location has HORRIBLE parking with limited spots and only 2 mobile order spots, requiring U-turns to leave heading North. It is not considered an atmospheric location to hang out at, but it is fine to grab a coffee. The restaurant can be very busy, but the great energy and leadership make it a place customers return to.
