Went in for a quick coffee and ended up getting a sandwich and donuts. The lady at the counter was alone but managed to handle everything well, fast and pleasantly. I wish I would have asked for her name to give her well deserved props.

The young man named Sebastian is usually alone but working so hard every time I come to this Dunkin, he makes sure everything comes out orderly and timely, I come so often because I live 4 mins away, with and without friends he never fails to meet expectations and he even remembers my usual order now, he approaches every customer with enthusiasm and patience, whoever his employer is needs to give this man a raise asap!!!!

Don't go here if you politely service. I just asked a question and got treated like garbage the rest of the time I was there. The question was is there anyone that can help us in the order line. 3 employees and no one was taking orders. Disrespected from then on. I won't come back here

I was very impressed with how the cashier handled the customer in front of me. The customer had a trach and was unable to speak, but the cashier went above and beyond her name was.enusa and I was just impressed by the patients and concerned she had for this customer. It was great to see carrying people. Not to mention, my coffee was perfect

Difficult to rate the food when I haven’t been able to place an order. Three times visiting has lead me to write this review. The wait is incredibly long. I timed it the last time thinking I was exaggerating. Once I reached 15 minutes to order I stepped out of line. I was the third person in line. Three people working.
Online ordering is the only way to go at this location. Walk-ins are put to the back of the line. There is not a drive-thru.
