Garbage service, one counter girl moving super slow, waited 20min no one helped me, went out made a call came back in manager was counting drawer finished and walked away without helping me so I left, just needed half dozen donuts put in a box.

Do not go here. I ordered a med coffee and 2 lbs of whole bean coffee through their app. When I arrived to pick up my order, the coffee wasn't ready and they didn't have enough whole bean coffee. They would not refund my money and wouldn't credit me back on the app. They stole $19 from me and I will never go back. DO NOT spend your money here.

This dunkin location is very disappointing. Service is super slow and they often get the orders wrong. It gotten so bad that I usually make my order when I'm 15 mins away and I still have to wait when I get to the store to pick it up. It doesn't matter if its a sausage egg and cheese and a coffee or just a coffee I still have to wait. They have switched staff and it doesn't matter. Also, i don't understand why they guard the online orders as closely as they do. The point of online ordering is that I can grab my order and go. Not sure if they've had a string of people taking orders but to me it's just another obstacle that slows the process. This store benefits from being the only dunkin in the area and having a lot of business around. That being said, I will take my business elsewhere.

Be prepared to wait for your food here, Unlike a traditional drive-thru which ate very fast. They are in no rush here. Food is good, service is slow...so be prepared. And give been here numerous times, same thing everytime.

I have gone into this Dunkin' Donuts on 3 separate occasions and was completely ignored, just to walk out empty handed, because they are just too busy tending to drive thru service, which I do not care to use.
Might as well close the dining room if you are going to be so rude and discourteous to walk in customers.

My girlfriend is pregnant and at the hospital with severe preeclampsia this place is in walking distance right in front of the hospital I have gone there 2 days in a row and the same guy is working I guess he didn't remember last night telling me that his OVENS will be down for 45 minutes and then today he told me his OVENS will be down for 35 minutes apparently my luck he's about to get off or that's just his MO every time someone goes in there.... THEN 3 DAYS AGO I WENT IN THERE WITH MY DAUGHTER 14 YEARS OLD AND THESE PEOPLE WERE AT THE REGISTER SCREAMING AT EACH OTHER TELLING HER TO SHUT UP HE IS TRYING TO TAKE AN ORDER..... I WILL BE HERE FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS BECAUSE MY BABY WILL BE IN A NICU MAYBE I'LL GET A BACON EGG AND CHEESE AT SOME POINT
I HAVE HAD PIZZA HUT WHICH IS ACROSS THE STREET TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW I JUST WANT A BACON EGG AND CHEESE ON A CROISSANT..

Very very slow but it is understaffed especially for the area. You should expect a long wait here. Do not schedule a ride and order here because it will come after your driver's ETA. But everything was fine and otherwise standard service.
