Tried their new Maplehouse Egg sandwich and will definitely order again! You can't go wrong with any of their breakfast sandwiches but this one might be my new favorite. In addition, the staff at Altamonte are always so friendly I only wish there was an Einstein restaurant closer to my home!
Fast efficient and delicious stop for great breakfast, fresh coffees, bagels and sandwiches. My husband stops at this location a few times a week and they remember his order and his name. He enjoys their coffee as well. I particularly enjoy the turkey sausage and egg on a bagel; it is so delicious. We frequently take advantage of the bagel special on Mondays (baker’s dozen for less than $10) as a rewards member. In the morning the parking is a challenge during rush hour; however, the staff does a great job of keeping the line moving.
I always give a place a 2nd chance after the first bad encounter so my review is...stale bagels at 10:30 am, lox that was "crispy" and shrunken drink sizes with unresponsive staff.

Great staff at this location, and food usually comes out pretty quickly. But, they changed the Nova Lox sandwich from the open faced style to a traditional sandwich. I prefer the old way. In fact I will probably not order it again. Every else I've had here is really good.

Food great. Usually everything great. Today a store worker took exception to my 3 year old son sitting on the table quietly eating with us standing right next to him (which we were doing for 15mins before being approached). We explained he is autistic and non-verbal and that he was safe and not bothering anyone. Felt the worker was rude and non-understanding in approach. We come here all the time. Now we are never coming here again. Thanks for being inconsiderate Einstein towards guests with disabilities...UPDATE: was not satisfied with response after contacting corporate. Took business to casselberry location. All down to unfriendly staff, its unfortunate.

Ordered online for pickup, two specialty items plus a half dozen bagels, sliced. Even though clearly marked on the bag slip, the bagels were not sliced.Editing to add: Took my first bite of the Avocado Toast, only to find out it was not toasted, even though that was clearly marked on the bag slip as well. I then called the store; the automated attendant said everyone was busy, told me all the other ways I could place an order, then hung up on me!This is the closest bagel shop to my house but based on this experience, I'll go back to driving much further to Jeff's Bagel Run instead.

So their Nova classic became with no box no 2 separate layers of salmon just 1layer and no box and the size of the bagel is insanely smallerSo the quality is down the content went down and the price went higher seriously!!! Make it home 10 times better 10 times

So I ordered an avocado bagel and wanted egg whites on top. The cashier had no clue what to ring in and said they never sold avocado bagels before. Avocado bagel is avocado toast! He charged my family member for egg whites and avocado instead of just charging for toast with egg whites on top. The bagel was gross and had barely any avocado. I am very disappointed with this location for overcharging, and the bagel was not even good! These workers need to know the menu and how to input the order correctly instead of overcharging customers. Also, both slices of the bagel should have avocado with salt and pepper, and the bagel should come in a box not wrapped up. ?

Ok, let me start off by saying that I would leave at least 3.5 stars on this place because their food is delicious and coffee is ok. HOWEVER, who in their right mind as a company who sells bagels, charges the customer to put butter on a bagel??!? If you wanna charge for cream cheese, fine; it's expensive. But butter... to charge for BUTTER... the minuscule amount that goes on a bagel??? Come on !!! Employees, great. Service great. Atmosphere is great. Both inside and outside dining available. Just... if this is Biden's America, then where the heck is Trump? End rant.
