Ordered online for pickup, two specialty items plus a half dozen bagels, sliced. Even though clearly marked on the bag slip, the bagels were not sliced.Editing to add: Took my first bite of the Avocado Toast, only to find out it was not toasted, even though that was clearly marked on the bag slip as well. I then called the store; the automated attendant said everyone was busy, told me all the other ways I could place an order, then hung up on me!This is the closest bagel shop...read full review
It was busy. It they did a good job of moving people through without rushing anything or anyone. I had the brisket and egg bagel sandwich. It was good. My daughter had a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. She liked it. Service was pleasant and proficient. Can’t ask for more.

Great staff at this location, and food usually comes out pretty quickly. But, they changed the Nova Lox sandwich from the open faced style to a traditional sandwich. I prefer the old way. In fact I will probably not order it again. Every else I've had here is really good.
