We usually go every Saturday morning for a breakfast sandwich because the price, staff and service are all GREAT! 👍🏽👏🏽Just miss the survey they used to offer where you could get two free bagels 🥯 if completed!👎🏽😩
Leaving this review to shoutout the staff here. A group of four of us came in and ordered, but after not receiving our order for 30ish minutes, we went up to ask about it and it turned out they had made it as a to-go order for some reason and never called any names, so it was sitting cold. I was frustrated at first but the staff MORE than made up for it by remaking all of sandwiches so they were hot, giving us the colder/old sandwiches so they wouldn't be wasted in the trash,...read full review
Great store. Love all the employees. Enjoy going there multiple times a week. My favorite Einstein location by far.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is known for its great service and friendly staff. The location is clean, and food is typically hot and fresh, including their breakfast sandwiches. The Maplehouse Egg sandwich is a popular choice. Customers often praise the delicious bagel sandwiches and the quick, attentive staff who remember regular customers' names and orders. Many appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the team’s effort to make mornings brighter. Items like the gravy bagel are highly recommended, and the bagel south smothered is considered top tier by some. However, some menu items, such as the Hashbrown Cheese Bagels, may run out during peak hours, and this issue has not been addressed, potentially causing customers to dine elsewhere. The HVAC system at this location sometimes malfunctions, which can affect comfort. Overall, the staff is praised for their patience and excellent customer service, making it a place many plan to return to regularly.
