I pass through the street ever so often and always saw the sign of fresh bread. Finally decided to go in and buy some of it.I was greeted by Alexis, absolutely wonderful and attentive. She answered all my questions and showed me a variety of options. Bought a dozen cannollies and a loaf of sourdough bread at the Altomonte Springs lights festival and they are amazing.Best sourdough bread i have had outside of New York.I will definitely be going to the bakery.

Their breads are terrific. It's a family owned business, they're friendly, professional and use wholesome flour versus the bleached and preserved flours used elsewhere. Given their limited hours, I bought more than I needed but took it home and froze it so I still have it whenever I want it. They do sell on weekends at a couple of the farmers markets and that's how I found them. They're definitely worth a visit.
