Got my order wrong and didn't remake it. the ingredients looked old and the stations looked unclean. Pretty sure the staff was high. there were so many dirty tables and no one was cleaning anything. took my girlfriend here in preparation for her to see why moes was better than chipotle and it was just embarrassing

We expected it to be busy for BOGO burritos. What we didn't expect was to wait 35 minutes in line and then find out when we got to the order area that they were out of 4 standard ingredients that both of us wanted. Very poor planning on their part regarding both stock and informing customers of what was no longer available.

It was slow and it still took awhile for My order to be taken there were two in behind the counter and only one really working I mean both of them said welcome to Moe's so they both new I was there but only one was doing the orders it just didn't make sense to me there was me and one other customer in the restaurant and two workers one should've been taking care of the other person and the one that wasn't doing anything should have taken my order I don't know I just don't think it was a great experience for me sorry that's not good service training the one that was working was apologizing for the wait now he new what he was doing but the other one just looked like he was Lost in space somewhere

Corporate needs to reevaluate the management at this location as the store was closed almost an hour before the store hours state that they should be closed at. Saw multiple other customers walk up to the business to realize they closed early and walk away.

I had paid for my food ..l went to the salsa stand that was not clean and totally empty l requested more salsa l waited patiently but no one came to fill the salsa so l just left..

Went to moes on Sunday night around 7 on 3/17/24. only one other person in the store. Our family ordered, or should say, tried to order 2 chicken bowls, no chicken available. Only then did they start to make more and was told it would be 20 minutes. Pass. Ordered beef and found out there was only half an order of that available. Went to get sauces at the bar. None of the four were there. Only old remains of what was there at some point in the day. It was as if no one was in charge of anything. Went to refill my iced tea only to discover it had all been put away with no more being made. An hour before closing mind you! Monkeys could have run the place better. Welcome to Moes was more like We don’t have anything but you’re welcome to sit here and do nothing like us!”

Sorry, no more.. Going to Moe's Altamonte was a GREAT Experience, Alaina (I may not have spelled her name correctly) was SUPER Joyful, upbeat, and personable.. I believe she held the place together.. now she is no longer there. We would always go for Moe's Monday! The few times we've been there after she left, while a couple people were friendly, the ladie's bathroom was completely a mess, toilet paper strung all over, the paper dispenser broken and hanging down.. the tables were not cleaned off.. I called out to the cook, "Pull your pants up!" as they were down below his buttcheeks, thank goodness he had on underware! He tugged a second, and soon they were down again.. and now the charge for what we ordered was not the Moe's Monday price.. We love that place, the food, and the people, But desperately need to EAT in CLEANLINESS, including the employees!

The food has flavor in it but thats the only upside, but the way its prepared is SOOOOO messy I ask for a little sauce and it gets drenched in sauce, the meat portion was barely one spoonful tiny amount even when the meat was about to run out and wouldnt be enough for a second person couldn't do the gain customer service of scooping a the rest of it in which was less than another half spoon. The whole stores floor was sticky and the floor was just visibly dirty. I came in around lunch and the store was empty, which is a strong sign of something being a problem there. Will not be coming here again or recommending to anyone for sure.

Place was very dirty. Salsa bar was closed. The person at the counter was on the phone while trying to take our order. I asked 4 times for fresh sour cream and she just kept banging every empty container and splattering my bowl with the remains that were sitting out, not even in the cooler. It was gross. End of the day there's no way they can recover from the disgusting mess they've made of the back of house. I'd stay away. Our Moe's in GB shut down and I'd say this one's not far behind.??

Jean and Israel were amazing! Everything was super fresh. White meat chicken was perfect, and service was fast and friendly.
