We expected it to be busy for BOGO burritos. What we didn't expect was to wait 35 minutes in line and then find out when we got to the order area that they were out of 4 standard ingredients that both of us wanted. Very poor planning on their part regarding both stock and informing customers of what was no longer available.
It was slow and it still took awhile for My order to be taken there were two in behind the counter and only one really working I mean both of them said welcome to Moe's so they both new I was there but only one was doing the orders it just didn't make sense to me there was me and one other customer in the restaurant and two workers one should've been taking care of the other person and the one that wasn't doing anything should have taken my order I don't know I just don't think...read full review

Got my order wrong and didn't remake it. the ingredients looked old and the stations looked unclean. Pretty sure the staff was high. there were so many dirty tables and no one was cleaning anything. took my girlfriend here in preparation for her to see why moes was better than chipotle and it was just embarrassing
