I frequent Panera often as a rewards member and choose to go to this location since it has a drive-through and it’s my closest location. I’m constantly on the go and I have a baby so I want to go somewhere I can place an order on my app go and pick it up and continue on with my day. When this location first opened, it was amazing and I still want to give credit to the people who really put an effort there but the past few visits they have messed up or forgotten things on my order. Unfortunately, I don’t frequent. Panera is often because of the disappointment. Hopefully something changes so I can start enjoying it again.

Best Panera’s in Central Florida
The only Panera that does not serve spoiled sour tea that can make people sick which tells me they clean the equipment
Sandwiches are very fresh and done correctly
The staff seems to be happy and well trained
Only complaint is lack of parking

A little disappointed when I received a cold steak breakfast sandwich but the lady distributing the food this morning quickly made it right and maintained a positive attitude, which unfortunately isn't the norm these days. She was very kind. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the store and Adrian was hospitable and got me a cup of water when requested. Idk what the bad reviews are about, but I like this new location!

Oh, we were so excited about the new Panera opening and then it opened! It’s basically a template For chipotle or, the nice Panera feel! It’s almost like a hospital cafeteria feel. Really disappointed. Haven’t been back I guess I’ll stick with Oviedo or Winter Park.
