my meat on my melt was raw the cheese wasn’t melt they forgt the seasoning on the melt luckily they recook it but still awful not returning 30 mins to long

I would give O stars if possible!! To say the food was gross would be a compliment. No sauce, no icing for the cinnamon rolls, no sauce for our bread sticks. It wouldn't have matter though it couldn't have saved the food. Not to mention he was more interested in finishing his rap song then helping costumers we awkwardly just stood there and listened till then end of his song . DONT EAT HERE PEOPLE!!!
Order a large 1 topping pizza and pasta chicken Alfredo with bread sticks.... Pasta was cold and the bread sticks were missing... Definitely wasn't happy about that. Had a problem with our last pick up order months ago as well. I see their service did not improve.

First of all the General Manager Cedric was Phenomenal!!. He resolved an issue I had we our ordered that wasn't even the store's fault. Pizza Hut needs to have this General Manager train other managers!!!

Had thee best customer service experience at this pizza hut location. The environment was clean, friendly, and full of festivities due to the holiday. Had an amazing time, and would love to tell my family and friends the fantastic experience that I enjoyed here.

I called in an order around 5:45 so I know they were very busy, that being said, Cedric was wonderful! He was very nice and professional making sure my order was correct. The pizzas and breadsticks were very good and loaded with toppings.

Ordered a large pepperoni with 3 toppings and was given a cold pizza with no toppings. Order was delivered in under 20 minutes so I know It was just a pizza sitting out already cooked. Been on hold on the phone for 25minutes.

Pizza Hut does not deliver. They pass it to doordash and then good luck to you if you get it at all. DoorDash then decides they can’t read the address and drops it off where ever it takes it home. When you call Pizza Hut they are RUDE. They don’t care and are relying on you to give up and while they keep your money. We’re done with Pizza Hut.

You have got to be kidding me. Pizza not completely cooked. Called store held 14 minutes. Re called and sat on hold for 17 minutes. Drove to the store and showed them I was on hold, the confirmed. They said you can hang up. You better be desperate to order from here.

Ordered online. My pizza was never delivered. I spent 2 hours on hold trying to find out where my pizza was. No way to cancel on app! I like Pizza Hut but this is the 2nd time. Happened about 8 months ago. Thought I'd try again. Done!!!
Wow — the employee working on 7/23 at 1:08 PM was shockingly rude and clearly should not be dealing with customers.
I was picking up a double DoorDash order. When I arrived, one young lady in the back (making pies) acknowledged me and said she’d be right with me. I thanked her and sat down to wait.
There was only one other employee in the store — a woman sweeping. She walked past me multiple times, even singing lyrics toward me, but never greeted me or asked who I was picking up for. I figured they were busy and kept waiting patiently.
After nearly 15 minutes, I politely said “Excuse me” to get her attention. Before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off with an attitude and said, “It’s not ready yet. I’ve got your orders for Katie and [another name I don’t recall].”
I told her those weren’t the names on my order and showed her the correct ones. She said, “Oh, those were already picked up.” That’s exactly why I had tried to get her attention — this kind of mistake has happened before at this store.
Instead of acknowledging that or simply hearing me out, she got incredibly defensive. I tried to suggest that it might be helpful in the future to ask the Dasher for the order name sooner, to avoid delays or mix-ups.
But she immediately snapped, saying, “You don’t get to tell me what to do,” and accused me of yelling — which I wasn’t. I never raised my voice, never cursed. I was simply trying to communicate calmly. She then told me to leave and called the police, claiming I was causing a problem.
When the officers arrived, they quickly saw that I wasn’t being aggressive or hostile. They didn’t even ask my name — clearly realizing it wasn’t necessary. If I had been acting the way she described, I doubt the situation would’ve been resolved so easily.
She also threatened to get me kicked off DoorDash and refused to give me her name. When I asked the other employee if she was the manager, she replied sarcastically, “No, I’m yo mama.” Completely unprofessional.
Honestly, the whole experience was chaotic, rude, and completely unnecessary. All I wanted was to suggest a simple improvement in the process. I truly hope I get banned from delivering to that location — it would save me the headache. Ironically, I got another order request from there just five minutes later… I declined.

Lady was so rude because she forgot something on my order. I wasn’t even rude I simply came back and asked for my food she gave me attitude, accused me of lying and threatened to check the camera. After she remade the food it was incorrect again and she threw it on the counter. I will not order here again

I placed a Pizza Hut delivery order at 10:07 PM, with a 30–40 minute ETA. At 10:37, I got a text that DoorDash was heading to pick it up—but three different drivers were turned away by the store.
At 10:57, I called to cancel and was left on hold for 12 minutes. I called back and finally got through—only to be laughed at by the staff. I was told they “weren’t trying to steal my money,” like that made the situation okay.
No apology. No accountability. Just sarcasm and a complete lack of care.
Tried calling corporate? They just direct you back to the store—the same store that couldn’t have cared less.
Absolutely awful experience. This was my first time using Pizza Hut delivery—and it will be my last.
