Let me start by saying we hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in over 20 years. Recently someone gave us a gift card for them so we gave the Altamonte location a shot. We were so pleasantly surprised! Our server was extremely pleasant and hardworking but seemed to be covering too many tables to provide service in an adequate time frame. We had to wait every time we needed or asked for something, including our bill. Additionally, 2 of our 4 orders were incorrect and missing something, which only created more waiting for food items.We were also disappointed to hear the restaurant had "run out of salad" at only 6pm on a Saturday night?! Normally we enjoy this location. We usually have fabtasric service, but today was different. We didn't get marinara for our cheese sticks, they didn't have any baked potatoes, and they didn't have mixed greens for salads. We waited awhile for our server to take our order, and even longer for our food. We are extremely disappointed with our service today.
