Starbucks

Great place to do work and school, very spacious, and comfy tables and chairs. Plenty of outlets and free wifi. Good drinks and food. The staff make you feel welcome and are always smiling and friendly. I took away one star because my only complaint is the music is WAY too loud. This makes it hard to have a conversation and those who are on work calls are yelling over the music, so it makes the environment even louder. Also, my other recommendation with the music is to shuffle the songs (don’t play 15 Taylor Swift songs in a row and then 15 Christmas songs in a row, and then some random banjo music). Thank you!

Sometimes the employees are very welcoming, but there have been times I was ignored. It's been a mixed bag, but to their defense, it's been all positive recently. I will update my rating accordingly, if it continues to be positive.

My drink is not very good, I wanted the pecan crunch latte they no longer serve that due to the season. They couldnt tell me what best would be like it they also did NOT write on my cup.

Although Starbucks has become more and more expensive as time has gone on, their menu has also continued to improve and grow. I like that this location is generally very quick and accurate when preparing my orders. The staff seem attentive and friendly. I do wish their loyalty program was a tad better, and that they offered more sales/coupons/discounts to help lower the prices for regular customers. This would also probably enable more people to order more often.

Overrated and overpriced. Employees are good but the product is terrible. This is not coffee this is ticket to hospital with diebete

Wow. The brand new location is absolutely gorgeous. It is spacious and several people were working remotely at the various desks/tables. The staff was friendly and efficient.

13$ for a drink and a sandwich is already insane, but i like some of the stuff on the menu and it’s nearby my work place, so i obliged. the guy on the box/window is impersonal as hell. no hello, nothing. i used to work at starbucks and recently found a new job and left, but when i did work there the company hammers the ‘customer connections’ aspect of the job like no other. which is why i’m confused that some of the people that work at this company still have their job. i ordered my drink in a grande, and i previously had it made wrong at another location. they put it in a venti cup, saying there’s no room, but that’s bs. it just tastes like cereal milk with a hint of coffee. unfortunately, at this place, they made the same mistake. i politely told him that i wanted it in a grande cup, and he insisted that it was fine in a venti, and i asked for it to be remade in a grande. he then proceeded to look at me in the eye and glare at me as if i had just killed somebody and didn’t say a word, and walked away. he then got the girl that made the drink and she also began insisting that it wouldn’t fit in a venti. again, bull. other locations do it all the time and i know for a fact that it does because i had worked there for 2 years and did it every day. i didnt even bother arguing because i could see the line forming behind me. but to say the least, the people that work here are inept. i wish i could take back the tip that i gave them. stay away from this location lol.

This is a very busy location, but every time I have been here, the employees are always very polite. Only downside is no drive through, but I've ordered from mobile several times with no issue.

We went to this starbucks and ordered a 12oz peppermint mocha frappe and a 12oz super cookie frappe. We paid $14 and some change for them. They did not make us frappes, instead they just basically made us iced flavored coffees. The line was too long to ask them to remake so we just enjoyed them. Then we went to wawa and got a 24oz peppermint mocha frappe and a 24oz sugar cookie drink the next day for only $10. They tasted spot on, were cheaper, and we got double the size of starbucks. Needless to say, wawa is the way.
