Well if you haven't had the famous deep fried sushi rolls then you are not living. These workers put there soul into each order. The food melts in your mouth.

Idk what happened with the management here, but it used to be great. Now it’s a minimum 30 minute wait for your food. And everyone who is involved in the food making process just look like they’re taking their sweet time while the store fills up with people waiting for their food or mobile orders. Not a great experience. Please do better.

Wife had an issue with online order resetting and then changing pickup time to 40 minutes from now, spoke to the staff about it, they clearly didn’t care

They proceeded to make us wait the 40 minutes then never bothered to call our name as we obviously struggled with our hungry children. I’m never going back here.

They just don’t care.

Food was meh.

Came in on Memorial Day! Please see the staff that was working around 7pm and give them a bonus or raise or something but it was not extremely busy inside mostly people picking up TOGO orders but I came in with my fiancé and our 3 kids all under the age of 4. The girl behind the counter offered us stickers and the gentleman even offered a high chair for us. We were just ordering to go but still they were extremely friendly had good attitudes and smiles on their faces even though they were working and hustling and getting stuff done. They didn’t have to go the extra mile on something so simple and small but they did!

This was a remake order because last order was incorrect. The burritos were made picture perfect. I've never seen burritos that looked and tasted so good. It was made so perfectly that we called to see who made them and to thank them. Found out 2 people made my order, Lymouth & Jamie. Thank you both so much, they were 5 stars!

I’m really disappointed with my order and with how the employees handled the situation. We specifically ordered a Party in My Mouth Bowl with spicy krab and also paid extra for an additional side of spicy krab. When we were on our way home, I noticed there was absolutely no spicy krab in the bowl, and the extra portion we paid for was ridiculously small.
I called to let them know the bowl was missing the spicy krab and asked if I could come back. I drove 10 minutes back to the store, only for them to hand me a tiny portion in a small cup. I asked if they could please add the usual amount they normally put in the bowl, and instead they just dumped the tiny cup into my half-empty bowl right in front of me.
How is this acceptable?
I used to love this place and was a regular customer, but I honestly don’t think I’ll be coming back. You don’t get what you pay for anymore, portions have gotten smaller, and the employees don’t properly fix their mistakes or make customers feel valued. They blamed the owners for reducing portions, but they are the ones who don’t handle the situation respectfully toward customers. The way they handled the situation felt disrespectful and dismissive.

My wife and I wanted to try something new. Go a little out of our comfort zone. We've been eyeballing it every time we've been near it. Let's just say, they did not disappoint. Both of us enjoyed what we got and the other, because sharing is caring lol. Great food! Can't wait to try something else on the menu! Definitely worth what I spent! Definitely recommend!

I was running around and needing something to carry me through the rest of my errands. It has been a long time since I made a stop here. I ordered via the self help kiosk. I went with the spicy Philly roll ($15) which when I saw the actual roll was surprisingly small. Each piece was a bit thinner than what I anticipated for the amount I paid for. I went with the water from the fountain machine but it came out more like shelter water with a bitter taste and carbonated bubbles.

Ordered custom bowl through Uber Eats. Bowl arrived with no krab or tuna. Tried calling and you can’t even get anyone on the phone.

Our first time was great. Everything was right and fresh. The second time things weren’t as wonderful. The food was mushier or something. I don’t know how to describe it but very expensive for what we got. Probably won’t go back.
