“Great fresh seafood coming from tx coast, I wanted real fresh seafood not a chain restaurant. I was not disappointed fried shrimp, corn nuggets, and fries were amazing. Definitely returning for more. By the way they sold out of fish this Saturday so get there before 2pm. Saw alot of sad customers because fish sold out. You have a customer for life from me.“

“Idk anything about Sanford but my bf introduced me to Park Ave and it's sooooo good! I've only tried the fried rice and the steak sub and they are both delicious! Highly recommend! I'm from Miami so I try and come when I'm in town“
