Rethink Food and Drink Altamonte Springs

Truly disappointed that I came to this place my very last day of vacation, because it would’ve been a daily spot. I wanted everything on the menu. My omni partner loved his meal just as much as I loved mine. Friendly staff, DELICIOUS food!!! Updated from previous review on 2025-04-21

Stopped here on my way to the airport for a coffee and a wrap to-go. The Dirty Florist (blueberry lavender latte) and the chik’n wrap were absolutely delicious.

Very customer friendly service and great selection of healthy teas, coffees, lattes and lunch/ brunch food to choose from. Vegan and vegetarian options are great ❤️??????????

Rethink Food + Drink Café in Altamonte Springs is a fantastic spot! The avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, and the chickpea salad sandwich was a delicious and satisfying choice. Both the iced and hot coffee were smooth and delicious. The customer service was amazing—super friendly and welcoming. Cozy atmosphere, great food, and excellent coffee—highly recommend!

My order was no issue & actually very good (Fire shot & Vitamin C juice) however, the service could be better. No personality from the woman behind the coffee bar, she seemed annoyed/bothered. I knew away what I wanted so it’s not like I was an indecisive, impatient or rude customer -we all have off days, but definitely made me want to exit that place fast.

Food was amazing. Smoothie was amazing. The shot flight was amazing. That staff was amazing. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time here and they helped me order and answered all my questions with a smile and even gave me a sample. I’ll be returning when in the area. Good to see small businesses being so friendly. Thanks !!!

I ordered the Buffalo BLT bowl and it was so so delicious. I'm a complete sucker for coconut bacon. The entire meal was perfect though. Finished with a spirulina chocolate chip cookie... also so so delicious. Need to go back to try the coffee. They all looked (and smelled) amazing.

I had the Huevos Rancheros (Tofu) wrap. So the main thing about it is that the huevos should have a lot of salsa on top. When the kind lady brought the food to our table, there was no salsa on it. So I asked for some salsa and they said it’s $1 extra. They ended up givin’ me the salsa without the extra fee, but C’mon huevos rancheros without salsa isn’t huevos rancheros.

I felt so bad, they only had one guy on the clock. The store was full, the guy was over stimulated with Uber and mobile orders plus attending costumers. I had to wait more than 30 minutes.
