Truly disappointed that I came to this place my very last day of vacation, because it would’ve been a daily spot. I wanted everything on the menu. My omni partner loved his meal just as much as I loved mine. Friendly staff, DELICIOUS food!!!

Rethink Food + Drink Café in Altamonte Springs is a fantastic spot! The avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, and the chickpea salad sandwich was a delicious and satisfying choice. Both the iced and hot coffee were smooth and delicious. The customer service was amazing—super friendly and welcoming. Cozy atmosphere, great food, and excellent coffee—highly recommend!
My order was no issue & actually very good (Fire shot & Vitamin C juice) however, the service could be better. No personality from the woman behind the coffee bar, she seemed annoyed/bothered. I knew away what I wanted so it’s not like I was an indecisive, impatient or rude customer -we all have off days, but definitely made me want to exit that place fast.
