Great service and very professional as well as courteous. I was given my cup to fill up my drink and by the time I was done filling my cup the nice lady had brought me my food out already. Best service I've had in a long time

Drive thrus lady was super personable and friendly made the few min wait enjoyable if i had cash on me I would have tipped for sure or lifted it if they couldn't receive personal tips!!made me smile and my crappy night better!

I always come here to get a quick breakfast sandwich in the drive-thru. I do not like the Swiss cheese sauce, so I always SUBSTITUTE a slice of American Cheese for the sauce on my sandwich. Having to order through an AI machine which I despise, the computer idiot charged me for extra cheese....but that's not why I'm writing this.
The staff person today was very efficient and I always ask for a receipt. The overcharge for substituting a slice of cheese was brought to the black Mgr. with a Haitian accent. He informed me that it was "already rung & there's nothing he can do about it".
I understand mistakes.........but I don't understand stupid. I have NEVER been upcharged for substituting ONE SLICE OF CHEESE. Unfortunately, you have just lost a breakfast customer permanently over "STUPID". I won't be back.

A Terrible Experience at Wendy's - The Manager's Unpleasant Behavior

I had always been a fan of Wendy's and their delicious burgers, but my recent experience at one of their branches has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I'm writing this review to share my terrible experience and to warn others about the unprofessional conduct of the manager.

Upon entering the restaurant, my partner and I were immediately greeted by the unpleasant scent of raw food. Despite being early in the afternoon, the place was far from clean, with dirty tables and floors, as well as food debris scattered around.

We waited in line for several minutes to place our order, only to be met with the manager's rude demeanor. He seemed to be in a terrible mood and snapped at us for asking simple questions. His condescending tone was both unprofessional and uncalled for.

After placing our order, we waited for it to arrive, but the manager's attitude didn't improve. When we asked about the status of our food, he rolled his eyes and complained about how busy they were. Despite the long wait, our food was far from perfect. My burger was overcooked and dry, while my partner's fries were cold and soggy.

When we brought up our concerns to the manager, he once again displayed his terrible customer service. He brushed off our complaints and refused to take responsibility for the issues, claiming that we must have received the wrong order. When we insisted that our food was indeed what we had ordered, he stormed off without offering any form of apology or compensation.

This terrible experience at Wendy's has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I'm afraid I cannot recommend this location to anyone. The manager's unprofessionalism and refusal to acknowledge the issues with our food have left me with no choice but to seek other dining options.

It's a shame that a once-favorite fast-food chain has been tarnished by such a terrible experience. I hope Wendy's corporate office takes note of this incident and addresses the issue with their staff.

Service was great. The building is modern. The food was excellent. We ate inside. It was very clean. The lady at the counter was super friendly and very fast. Even though the building is newer it reminded me of when I was a kid. My family enjoyed it also. We got two biggie deal meals, three junior cheeseburgers and two frostys. It was under $20. That is really unbelievable.

My wife was greeted with a screen, which she hates. But the staff quickly accommodated her. So she said the service was good. My son and I split a baconator. It was ok. They told me they could NOT cut it in half for us but did provide a plastic knife

I've been to a lot of Wendy's and there all good but this one over here by my job across the street from the hospital is 5 stars all the way. Food is fresh and hot and not just breakfast lunch also was fresh and hot! I recommend you stop here for your Wendy's needs!!!

Fast, reliable, convenient, affordable food. This location meets the expectation of a fast food establishment.

The staff have always been pleasant and friendly. I don’t believe I have ever experienced any errors with our orders from this location.
