The best Ice Cream on the island! Seriously, we tried them all, and kept coming back to AMI Beach Hut. There are so many flavors, toppings, and a quite little area to hang out in. Mike is also such a kind soul- and his ability to scoop ice cream so fast is impressive. On a busy Saturday night, they were supposed to close at 10pm, and there was still a massive line. I asked Mike if he was going to close it down- and he said “and ruin their smiles!? No way”. It was super thoughtful. We will be back!
