Not So Cool Beans,Today we had an interesting experience at “cool” beans located in Anna Maria Island. We happened to order a smoothie and a fewcoffees. After we had waited nearly 30 minutes for the smoothie, we asked politely if they forgot about our order. After this the guy working the register repeatedly made rude and degrading comment telling us we had “bad attitudes.” He was talking so loud that the rest of the patrons in the store were very uncomfortable including us. The lady “making” the smoothie was also extremely rude not only to us but to numerous other paying customers. She had no customer service skills which are vital in a position like hers. While waiting patiently, we noticed her treating many other customers with disrespect and inconvenience.We are very disappointed and don’t recommend this spot due to the workers attitudes towards their customers. Extremely disappointed with the customer service, please try and do better.
