We visited North Shore Café on Anna Maria Island and were quite disappointed. we found the coffee to be subpar. My mocha was extremely bitter with no hint of chocolate, and my wife's cappuccino was equally bitter with poor foam quality. On top of that, the staff were quite rude as seniors with mobility issues when we asked for assistance with our trash, as we couldn't find a garbage bin. We were told to find it ourselves in a rather very disrespectful manner. Overall, we cannot recommend this café bad coffee but more concerning bad customer service

Ana Maria island has few good iced coffee spots but this one met the brief. The ingredients were god quality overall and service is great. Outdoors only but the area is very cute to sit outside, with a view of a lagoon/canal thing and plenty of nice comfy chairs to relax in. With a bit of barista training the coffee here could really shine brighter.

We’re staying at Anna Maria Beach Resort and have been biking to most of our stops, this spot was perfect for a breakfast/brunch/coffee. I had the avocado toast with poached eggs and chili flakes I would recommend getting it on the sourdough, it’s thick enough to hold everything. She got the Yo Bowl, which was a big portion and worth the price in my opinion. Both things were fresh and really good. Prices are about what you’d expect for the area while on vacation. Great little joint to start the day.

I liked this place for its coffee and initially my experience was good (yesterday). However, today, I came back and I had the misfortune of finding a big broken piece of plastic (cup lid) that was not from my cup in my frappe, which I almost confused with ice. This is for future references for North Shore to take more precautions when prepping their orders and clients when consuming their products. I hope no one comes across something like this.

Girl taking orders was SUPER rude. Seems like she was making fun of my parents accent she is pregnant didn’t ask for her name. But my parent’s english is not that good. She was making faces, smiling when they asked questions. SUPER RUDE. I felt she was racist never asked if we need it help. This place could do better.

The service was terrible. The cashier, who is pregnant, was extremely rude. She gave us dirty looks, didn’t want to answer our questions, and even turned her face away when we asked her something. It was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. With customer service like that, I definitely won’t be coming back as long as people like her are working there.
