We arrived at opening to watch the college football game NE vs IA. Little to no service the moment we sat down. But we had a group of 9 who drank and ate . We were let known our table was reserved for the eagles game during the end of the third quarter of the game we came to watch . Server came and told up to basically finish up and leave. Told 20-25 minutes to pick up food was over an hour and food wasn’t that great.. sadly I was sick soon after eating it as well. Not exactly a great experience for vacation
Quick and delicious late lunch - the steak and cheese was awesome, and so was the cheeseburger! Friendly service and fair prices - can’t beat it!

Slim's Place is a casual, family-owned beach bar and restaurant. The food is fantastic, with their Philly cheesesteak being a standout, perfectly replicating the flavors of the City of Brotherly Love. The establishment also features multiple TVs for sports enthusiasts. The service was very friendly but a bit slow and disjointed, with orders sometimes forgotten. However, the staff was apologetic, and some drinks were comped. This hole in the wall place has daily specials and a happy hour. While they don't have liquor, the wine-based cocktails were expertly made. The Philly cheesesteak is the real deal, with thinly sliced steak, onions, fresh mushrooms, hot peppers, and cheese on a perfectly toasted roll. Wings were also great. Slim's Place is open for lunch and dinner.
