Lobby is never open and they have the rudest employees. Never seen people so unhappy or so willing to go out of the way to be rude.
This is a combined review. Apalachicola and I believe it was st John's (roughly 20 minutes apart from each other heading towards apalchicola from dothan). At both restaurants, I ordered a medium combo and asked how many cheese fries came with the combo. I asked because I eat bk quite a bit and know what I'm supposed to get but I had thought noticed something at one of these restaurants before. At both I was told 4 and to upgrade to 8 would be the cost of the medium combo plus the cost of upgrading the cheese fries separately. On the menu, it states that medium combos include 8 piece and a medium drink for 1.30 more. At st John's i discovered the 4 and not 8 after i had paid, asked the manager who was at the window about it and let him know that every other burger king id ever been to gave 8 for the medium combo and he just kept saying they were doing it wrong and there was only supposed to be 4. I originally pulled out of the drivethru as to not mess up window times and pulled around to the front. the lobby was locked when I tried to go through the front to get the refund. No sign saying it was locked. This was at roughly 5:45 pm. The refund at the window was seamless. Apalachicola was open. I asked the manager who was running the front about the cheese fries. 4 not 8 for a medium. The combo price for just upgrading fries and reg drink came out to a dollar less than just the sandwich and 8 fries so I settled on the latter. The service rating is for both of the stores being misinformed about the products being offered and the fact that at this point, they have unfortunately, been screwing over their customers even if just because of poor training or a computer system that rings it in wrong. Please note that apalachicola should receive a 4+ star for service and st John's a 2. St John's was short and on the edge of rude while taking the order at the drive thru window and dismissive of even listening to a customers concern properly while apalachicola was quite friendly, informative and even knew other customers by name. Atmosphere, apalachicola could have used a lot run and should again get a 4+ but since I couldn't get into st John's, they get a 0 and unfortunately bring down the overall average for apalachicola.
The cook at apalachicola put his foot in though. Nice work! Definitely going back to apalchicola and may try to gently point out the menu.
Stopped by at 10pm, they close at 12pm. Was told they didn’t have any meat left, only thing available was fried items. Staff was very rude and heard a staff member making even ruder comments about my order in the background, place needs to be bulldozed in my opinion and open up a Waffle House
Food is not good.
Avoid this place like the plague, I was starving till I dealt with the rude attitude from the lady at the counter taking orders. I didn’t even place my order before I walked out. Unbelievable, I understand if you don’t like your job but don’t take it out on the people that are paying your bills.
Food was great. Customer service absolute ZERO!! Can in at 11:30 when our order was being g given to us the lady at the counter started throwing her hands around being rude as hell all because my wife ordered our food and I didn’t know the order. By far the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. This lady should not be working in customer service beings she doesn’t know how to talk to people like a normal human!
Hamburgers were cold and left from cooked earlier in the day.nasty attitude. Will never never go back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The lady at the window had a NASTY attitude for no reason whatsoever. They were too lazy to put the sauce on the burrito, that comes on it, so she just said they didn’t have any sauce. I won’t go back there and I honestly want to call corporate on the lady who was working that day.

Horrible service. Waited in the drive through for someone to take our order for 5 minutes with no response. Waited after ordering for 20 minutes when there was no one else there, after paying. Rude service when asked about this and heavily do not recommend this location.

We came to the restaurant at 9:55 pm they were supposed to be open till midnight. The guy working the drive through was very rude. We tried to order a Whooper he said it’s getting close to closing and he had no Whooper meat. When we tried talking he would say “ I can’t hear you “. He said he only had small patties. We attempted to order a jr burger only for him to start the “ I can’t hear you “ again. I talk loud this guy just didn’t want to serve.
The service and food are normally good o I’m hoping it was just an employee that just didn’t want to work.

I didn't like that they have a supposedly complete menu and that by 9 am they don't have Biscuits on offer for the public, forcing you to buy another type of Bread.

Can’t get my order right. Stupid ah attitudes for no reason. The lobby hours are bogus, like why tf y’all close at 6. Learn how to do yo job or get a new one sherm ah!!
