We started off our trip with Mexican, had some amazing fried chicken in Blakely, Georgia, but from then on, a fair amount of seafood. We were ready for some Chinese, and HKB was literally next door to our motel. Pretty decent Chinese food.Large portions, problem is that its take out only because of covid which we found kind of strange while every restaurant in Apalachicola is open for dinning

Surprisingly good Chinese food. We ordered online. Food was ready fast and was exactly what we expected. We got chicken based dishes, and I thought the quality of food was good. Large portion sizes. It’s a pickup only situation- no indoor seating. We’ll definitely order from Hong Kong Bistro again.
