“Decided to take the Harley to Apalachicola on our last day at Indian Pass Campground. Nice day for a ride. I had looked up places to each in Apalacicola and found online the Apalachicola Seafood Grill. We put it into the GPS, yet, we drove around and around until we realized it must have changed it's name but not updated online. Went in, sat at the bar and asked the server if the place had been renamed. She said yes, 2 businesses merged. Well the menu online was totally wrong. So, while they didn't have the items we wanted, and the prices were ALOT higher than online, we decided to order since we were there. I got the Grouper, fried, with tots and a side salad. Hubby got blackened shrimp and fries. The food was good, salad fresh, and portions were good. However, for us both to each and hubby have 2 beers, after tip it was $81. That's CRAZY!! This is "bar food", not some fine dining or fancy place. So, if you are looking for expensive bar food, give it a go. While the food was good, it was not WOW. I can eat at McDonald's for 1/4 of that price and enjoy my meal just as much. Sad that places feel the need to charge so much. Service was good/friendly staff.“
“I had a HB Pizza for halftime of the-Alabama Game and it was delicious. I think that HBPizza is my goto pizza from now on. The best thing is that they are everywhere and the Quality and quantity is the same no matter Which of the 8000 locations that you go to.“
“Food was pretty good, I had a thin mushroom pizza and a sandwich, gonna be honest the sandwich looked a bit iffy but it tasted ok . Now obviously this isn't gonna be subway level good I mean this place is super small and shares a building with what I assumed was a liquor store and despite its rough exterior it's a nice family friendly lil place with slightly above average food. The service was generally quick and pretty friendly, but maybe I was just lucky to come in on a slow day. just felt the need to write this since the last person who reviewed this place was pretty harsh.“
“Omg we had the best food today! Our first time there. We split some buffalo wings and an Italian sub. Both were DELISH!! Didn’t catch the bartenders name but she was super sweet and friendly. :-) great service and great food… highly recommend!!“
“Since we are now retired and spend about 50% of our time at the beautiful forgotten coast, BJs Pizza on SGI is still one of our favorite “go to” places. You can appreciate their sincere desire to serve great food, and provide good service.Vegetarian options: Can always order a pizza how you want it“
“They really have some good quality fired grilled pizzas and other authentic Italian cuisines. We ordered some green peppers,onions and mushrooms cheese pizza and we really enjoyed it. We we’re seating right in the front of their Chef who’s making pizzas from the scratch and we had fun watching him while eating our order. We’ll definitely come back to this restaurant for sure.“
