I used Tamara's to carter my wedding October 2023, it was so delicious and the set up looked great! Danny was such a pleasure to work with. We saw him out the night before the wedding and he came right up to us and talked with us for quite a bit. He is such a great guy and amazing chef. We aren't local to the area, but frequent 3-4 times a year and we always make sure to stop by Tamara's On the Go at least once or twice for lunch. The food is always so delicious, and will not disappoint!

I’m telling you! This here “Tamara’s” got it going on fine & smashing! Comfortable picnic table seating, wide-open space, quiet, easy to chat with others! — And, the food?! Fan-tas-tic!!! Freshly cooked grouper sandwich for me, with plenty of crispy french fries… that I wish I could have enjoyed m’self. ? {#WifeStoleThem!} A coupla authentic fish tacos for The Contessa, with a small set of taco chips on the side. Nota Bene: very limited drink selection, so grab something you particularly want elsewhere before coming to the truck.I’m guessing the peeps working in here — like most anywhere doing restaurant gigs — aren’t getting paid spanking much. The Tabasco Chicken with Mac-n-cheese and Greens was so good I kept fighting with myself over which part I wanted to eat more, so I compromised and tried to get some chicken, some greens and some mac-n-cheese on every forkful. Sad that Tamara's is a stationary food truck now and not brick and mortar. But they still bring the flavor like they did in their early days when they were the best restaurant in town.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Fresh fish, cooked perfectly, very tasty. Great selection as well. AND, they are open on Sunday and Monday when everything else seems to be closed so it’s perfect if you are staying in Apalachicola.

Let me tell you if you want to tryouts this place, his is a win win for you, we just left this place and omg the Grouper BLT was espectacular, the shrimp tacos was delicious and the staff so nice I loved I wish we was closer to come again. 100% recommended.

The original restaurant is gone and replaced by a food truck with outdoor dining. Due to the 90 plus degrees outdoor temperature, that was not an option. The owner said he couldn't seem to take down the web site and even trip advisor really doesn't warn you except for a Nov 2022 review.

While vacationing visiting Apalachicola, I stopped by Tamara’s To Go on a whim—never been here before! Nothing is better than a perfectly grilled salmon and Gulf shrimp with their garden fresh salad! Both were served in 10 minutes, fresh and done to perfection—the salmon filet was grilled perfect—moist and so flavorful as was the serving of shrimp seasoned with grilled flavor! What a treat!! I’ll be returning \u0026 would highly recommend!!
