The Tabasco Chicken with Mac-n-cheese and Greens was so good I kept fighting with myself over which part I wanted to eat more, so I compromised and tried to get some chicken, some greens and some mac-n-cheese on every forkful. Sad that Tamara's is a stationary food truck now and not brick and mortar. But they still bring the flavor like they did in their early days when they were the best restaurant in town.

I used Tamara's to carter my wedding October 2023, it was so delicious and the set up looked great! Danny was such a pleasure to work with. We saw him out the night before the wedding and he came right up to us and talked with us for quite a bit. He is such a great guy and amazing chef.
