First experience with them wasn’t terrible, it’s just that I order something before work at 4:26am, went through the drive thru to pick it up but no one answered through the voice box. I pulled up to the window to see if anyone was there and there was. The employee told that he didn’t know how I was able to order anything because they open at 5. I was confused because on the app and their sign outside it says the drive thru opens at 4. Second experience, I went inside this...

Everyone was definitely working hard there but they need to train their workers on how to act when helping customers. I don't really like that it's connected to a gas station. Especially being right up front because it causes too much congestion.
