People don't order sugar free syrup in our coffee b/c we love it. We order sugar free because that's our only option for a flavored coffee. (It world problem, I realize). While Starbucks used to have a host of sugar free syrup options, now there is only SF vanilla. This particular location has been out for 2 days. Starbucks, is there any way we could bring back some other SF syrups? There's a high demand for them in the community. Thanks for reading this far...

Absolutely everything was the worse. Terrible experience! 8 people "working" here and we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. A total and completely disorganized mess. This place needs some serious work to improve their service. Oh, and not a single smile from any of the 8 employees. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Definitely will not return!

Never had the consistent problem of ordering here and nobody mentioning that the order is prepared. Hey it is Starbucks so you know the product but these issues, at least for me, are unique to this store. Maybe use the drive thru and you won't have this issue.

Facility is clean. Parking lot is a nightmare due to the drive through getting backed up. Service is slow (today I waited 25 minutes after ordering for an iced americano). Multiple customers ordered after us and left way before us. Staff did not look happy.
Female manager was very rude to my wife today, and had become angry because she asked for the balance on a gift card, apparently perturbing this manager greatly. She then ignored filling my wife’s order while serving several other later customers. Other employees were nice. 2/11/2024

Purchase a tall cappuccino, and this is what I got the cup was not even full it was full of froth. This is not what I paid, for. I did not even receive a full cup of coffee.
