Facility is clean. Parking lot is a nightmare due to the drive through getting backed up. Service is slow (today I waited 25 minutes after ordering for an iced americano). Multiple customers ordered after us and left way before us. Staff did not look happy.
Josh was my order taker! He was so kind and sweet. Guided me through the whole menu. Me and my husband just moved to this location and will definitely be regulars. Great job Apollo Beach Starbucks.

Never had the consistent problem of ordering here and nobody mentioning that the order is prepared. Hey it is Starbucks so you know the product but these issues, at least for me, are unique to this store. Maybe use the drive thru and you won't have this issue.
