Came in for 2 scoops of ice cream, asked for an extra cup but was told I was “smart” and that I had to pay additional for another scoop by the manager Guadalupe. From the moment I walked in she discriminated against me and did not even have a smile on her face to greet my daughter and I. Then proceeded to tap on the glass impatiently as I looked at the flavors. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Even further she started mimicking and laughing about me to another co worker. Wow, this business just needs to be shut down.
I demand an apology from the owner!!!
Literally lost business over a cup that cost a couple pennies? I would have gladly paid for the extra cup as I explained to her I needed a small cup separate to monitor how much I give my child as she cannot have a full scoop of ice cream. Just ridiculous!!

I come here pretty often but never really take the time to review it or take pictures! My sisters and I will always come here to get a drink before we shop at Marshalls and Ross! Before another shopping trip my boyfriend got 3 empanadas that were huge and are the best empanadas he's ever had! The service here is always amazing all the workers are extremely kind even with my broken Spanish. I love coming here. 💞

I had high hopes for this bakery... I went in person to place the order for my husband's cake and showed them a picture of the cake I wanted (they even took a picture of it) and was told they could make it happen. When I see the cake I tell them it's the wrong color and she says if it was any more blue it would stain our teeth. I'm not sure as to why this was not said when I placed the order and they saw the picture nor did I receive a call day of making the cake to inform me. I took the cake bc it had been paid in full since the day I placed the order and I still had hopes that the cake would at least be good but again as you can see in the picture it was not 3 leches it was a dry vanilla cake. Beware of ordering anything from them and don't have high expectations.

Giving a 5 star rating. She did an amazing job with my baby shower cake and a great reasonable price, suggesting the cheapest option that would be enough for my guests. Beautiful design matching the theme and delicious. Will 100% come back and 1000% recommend to anyone I know.

We ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday. We showed them exactly what we wanted. They said that they could do it and the cake looked nothing like we showed them. We also asked them if we could make the Tres leches cake extra moist. And it almost seems like if we had asked them to make it extra dry

A woman Maria called me with the worst attitude to tell me that my cake would not be ready for the agreed time, I tried to explain to her that the guests would arrive right at the new cake delivery time but she only yelled in a rude way, they should have a little tact and education towards customers!!
