I ordered a double burger, and it came out undercooked. It wasn't even anyone in there to rush, not even an online order. We ordered chicken wrap and came out dry. French Fries jalapeño poppers and strawberry lemonade is good, though I will not be returning during this shift. We were here last week. Different atmosphere and food was way better.

I like the food it has something to be desire at times sometimes it's rather back woodish. And if you like to be frozen out they will freeze you out it is so cold in there it hurts

I visited Arby’s at 10:30 PM, well before their closing time of midnight, only to be told by the staff that their servers and machines were down. When I mentioned I might leave a review, one employee gave me a nasty look, and another responded in a sassy tone, saying, “Excuse me.” As I drove away, disappointed, I couldn’t help but notice through the windows that the employees appeared to be on their phones.
I really hope they weren’t lying about the machines being down. Arby’s food is usually decent, and they’re one of the few options open late in the area, which made this experience even more frustrating.
The food didn't taste good. Fries were cold. Not a good experience . People were eating in the back while making food. Someone needs to go in and get these people together . I was the only one in line and got that type of food quality.
Food was ok, service was good. The dining room was clean. The bathroom was just ok. I needed to clean the toilet before I used it.... Good enough for number 1, but if you have big business, you might want to go somewhere else.

This is the worst Arbys. It doesn’t seem like the owners or managers of this restaurant care. They are consistently understaffed, which reflects in the food quality. The restaurant is not maintained well. Today the soda machine was broken (no sign or anything) but they were so understaffed the employees didn’t have time to acknowledge anyone. After a few minutes of standing and being ignored, I just left without a refill. My roast beef was pink in spots - I don’t think that’s normal- and there was a tiny, curly black hair in it. I love Arby’s and will defend them…. But this one is bad. This is not a bad review of the employees, it’s clear they are not given the tools to succeed. I did not see a manager present during the rush to help their understaffed employees. There were only two people between the register and the drive through and it was a busy, lunch rush on a Saturday.

Got a beef and cheddar meal with a sandwich that contained no cheddar and also a moldy bun. Absolutely disgusting.
Afraid of what the fries I finished while driving might have contained that I didn’t notice. Do better.
