Let me tell you, we were so excited to learn Aunt Gingi’s was on our wedding venues vendor list!! (Historic Dubsdread). We just moved to Apopka a few months before our wedding and had already tried some treats & dinner pies - so to learn we could share these with all our friends and family from out of town was awesome! We did an at home cake and dessert tasting with our parents during a baseball game - and we loved that flexibility to take our time and enjoy each bite vs stuffing ourselves during an appointment. They were able to create a custom dessert order for our wedding and everyone DEVOURED the cupcakes, cookies, and bars. We loved our wedding cake so much we even had a second one made to enjoy on our own. We also stopped in for some (no real plan) mini dessert boxes to give to all our neighbors leading up to the wedding festivities and Aunt Gingi’s mix and matched the perfect treats for us. I cannot rave enough about the tastebud experience, customer service, and homegrown love that pours out of this place!

The folks at the bakery were so kind and helpful during the ordering process and they made sure the cake was super secure for transport.
My family members who live in the area asked where I’d gotten it and so did the staff at the restaurant where we had our get together.
11/10. Would love to order from Aunt Gingibread’s Bakery again.

This place is a cornerstone of Apopka Main Street. The cakes, 10/10, well themed, DELICIOUS, not fondant encrusted . Genuine care and time placed into each. The cookies, 10/10, the prices, 10/10. I took a chance at a chicken pot pie today picking up a cake. 10/10. Everything is fresh. the place is clean, the owner and staff are welcoming, enthusiastic. I didn't have a chance to photograph the pot-pie. it was gobbled up.

First of all Did you know they offer gingerbread cookies year round? You don’t have to wait for Christmas to have some delicious treats or enjoy the delicious smells and aroma of fresh bake ginger cookies. That's right, you don't have to wait for December to enjoy these perfectly spiced treats!
The weather is warming up and it's only going to get hotter from here, so cool off with one of our refeshingly tart Key Lime or Lemon Pie bars! These bars in particular are actually excellent served frozen as they don't freeze solid, so they turn into almost an ice cream bar. Trust me, it's delicious!
I find out they have tried out a new method with their pepperoni rolls: they're baked a little bit different, and now have cheese coating the top! I mean, doesn’t it sounds delicious! And guess what? They are also trying out a sausage version. Be sure to give these a try and tell them what you think! They do great listening to their costumer…

We ordered our wedding cake from Aunt Gingibread's and it was incredible! All of our guests raved about the cake, especially our tier of banana cake and salted caramel frosting. Coordinating the tasting was easy and so fun! We told the team exactly what we envisioned for our big day and it turned out perfectly. We also went with tradition and saved our top tier for our first anniversary and it tasted exactly like what we ate on the wedding day! We are planning on coming back for all of our special occasions!

We were lucky enough to get some “extras” after missing the pre-order deadline for Thanksgiving. We got an Apple Crumb pie and a 6-pack of cupcakes that included S’Mores and Maple Bacon. Everything was delicious. The Apple Pie was one of the best I’ve ever had. The apples were so fresh and the crumble was yummy! Thank you for a sweet ending to our holiday!
