Bari Bake House went above and beyond to make my son’s 11th birthday the best. They took a last minute order for a Harry Potter cake and had it delivered to our hotel when we arrived. It made the entire trip so special, plus it was the best cake I have ever tasted. Thank you again! I would recommend their service and quality of goods to everyone!

Came in earlier today at around 2:30 and ordered 2 slices of cheesecake, a Nutella cookie and 6 cupcakes. When I ordered the 2 cheesecakes they were advertised as “$6.50” and with a blueberry and raspberry topping. However upon looking at the receipt, I found out that I was charged $8 for the cheesecakes and they had no topping either. When I went back the young lady informed me that the website and menus prices inside has not been updated. She was kind and offered me a partial refund for the inconvenience. However upon trying the cupcakes and cookies I found that they were all stale and seemed to not be fresh, I returned to the store once again and informed the young lady and she apologized and offered me a refund for the cupcakes and the cookie. In conclusion the customer service was good and respectful, but I was disappointed in the quality of the cupcakes as I was really excited to try them along with my coworkers. (The cupcakes ordered were the red velvet, chocoholic, white choco, peanut butter, birthday cake, and the cookies and cream.)
Everything was delicious and the service was phenomenal! To top it off it was Valentine’s Day!

Super disappointed.. I ordered a Custom birthday cake for 10 people for my husband’s birthday. It cost just under $100 Because she charged me for every small addition, Which would be fine if I actually got those additions in the cake. First off, it looks like a cake you could get from Walmart.. It is white frosting (not really well done by the way) with blue writing, I asked her to ribbon blue frosting as well and I guess she decided not to do that and just to sprinkle some blue sprinkles on the cake instead. On the inside, I asked for the raspberry and white chocolate layers in between a vanilla cake base with chocolate cake ribboned throughout. Actually, the chocolate ribboning throughout was her idea. Upon receiving the cake and cutting into it, there is no white chocolate OR chocolate cake ribboning.. and she just did one small layer of regular chocolate and raspberry between The vanilla cake layers. I’m just so shocked and disappointed I paid $100 for this.. I gave two stars and not one because the cupcakes are good. Would not go back and would not recommend.. Just go to Whole Foods and get a cake there.. Less than a third of the price and so much better visually and taste wise. At least you get what you pay for there.

I wouldn’t buy a cake here. We didn’t end up going through with purchasing. We needed a plane Jane white wedding cake for less than 60 people and we’re quoted $900!
