The TV setup on a football Sunday was really bad. There was college women’s volleyball and wnba basketball on. Nothing against those sports but no one was watching. There was a TV airing the channel guide so I asked for a game. “Sure sir” and then never followed up. Water was awful. Then we were ready to order while the drinks were served (we told her we were ready), she said, “hold on.” 12 minutes later she took our orders. The receipts for the food did not have an itemized list of what we purchased. All that said, I might be back.

This place is amazing! Yesterday they were very busy with large parties. The staff handled it so well, super polite, running around trying to make sure all of their guests were taken care of. I was very impressed with the service and the food! I did notice toward the end of the night a very rude customer, when the staff tried to satisfy in every way, comped their food and everything. My heart went out to the kind and hard-working staff. Thank you for all you do, We appreciate you!
Terrible service. My son order boneless wings n got bone in wings. They brought the corrected order... rushed out so they were raw inside because the crew was too busy trying to close rather then do their jobs. We tried to get them recooked, but the kitchen was closed...even tho the doors were still open. Not even an offer to microwave them...just hurry up n get out. They took it off the bill which made no difference bc I still found myself at a Mc Donald's drive thru bc no one bothered checking on us before they closed the kitchen. When I was upset with the stupid waitress... she acted surprised n like I shouldn't be upset that I sat down for dinner, had my order screwed up twice n I still have to feed my kid who ate fries. Really surprised that the Management didn't come over and apologize. Terrible service, incompotent cook, bad food and management who could care less! Don't waste your money. Zero stars

We’ve always enjoyed Beef’s in Apopka and thought of ourselves as regulars, but lately the service hasn’t been the same. On two recent visits we sat 10–15 minutes without anyone taking our order, even though it wasn’t busy. It’s disappointing because this location is so convenient for us, but we’ll likely make the extra drive to the Mt. Dora Beef’s where the staff is always attentive and helpful.
