Two for two the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to the first time I ever went. They took 20 minutes to make two cheeseburgers and the second time the staff was very rude and the chicken fries that I got were cold and these cheeseburgers are the worst cheeseburgers I’ve ever tasted and the sweet tea doesn’t even taste like normal sweet tea. It taste like it has some additive.

From the moment I placed my order, she was attentive, friendly, and truly listened to what I was looking for. She even gave me her personal recommendation on which sandwich was best, all while keeping a warm and welcoming smile on her face. What really stood out was the way she treated not just me, but every customer around me. She was patient, kind, and made sure everyone felt valued. That kind of service is rare in fast food, and it deserves recognition. This has to be the absolute worst Burger King in the continental US every time I go there’s an issue from messing up my food, to their system being down, to them being closed even though the sign says open, and people are in there. I will never ever return back to this Burger King at the multiple chances this is absolutely the worst BK. Well, I don’t advocate for people losing their jobs. This bk needs to be shut down, demolished and turned into a parking lot.

Very bad service, my son bought a service and asked that they not add onion or pickle and the lady who was in service added extra, and the fries were cold and not toasted, very bad service that's why that Burger King never has people buying, I hope the service and staff improve with a responsible and professional one, thank you
